Course Design
Course Developers are enrolled as students and have a set of deliverables on an 11-week development cycle.

Collaboration
Course Developers collaborate with course reviewers and instructional designers. During the process, the course developers work with the instructional designer as the project manager and a department peer as a course reviewer. Together the team collaborates to ensure that the course meets the department standards and that the course is instructionally sound.
Review Meetings
After Step 1 (shown above) is completed, the course developer presents an outline of the proposed course to the team for review.
This all repeats itself every 8 weeks. The 11-week process overlaps the 8-week terms so that the instructional designer is starting new course developments as they are completing batch of courses.
